About
Nicole Bradford is the Program & Office Coordinator (Publicity/Promotion Associate) for UIC's Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence. She contributes to the development of CATE's online presence, promotes and coordinates logistics for CATE events, and provides administrative support through oversight of the day-to-day operations. Nicole also supports UIC's CIRTL program by coordinating the promotion of CIRTL online and onsite events via the website, newsletter, and social media as well as facilitating communications with UIC graduate students, professional students, and postdocs engaging in CIRTL professional learning opportunities.
Nicole earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the School of Communications at Illinois State University. Prior to joining the CATE team in March 2021, she worked in event and catering management at Northern Illinois University for the previous 6 years.
Nicole's hobbies include yoga and jigsaw puzzles!
